iLoss

iBook
iPod
iMac
iPhone 3GS

And that doesn't include my family's first Macintosh. I can't even remember the model, the one that helped me discover this whole writing thing. I can't count the songs I downloaded on iTunes or the hours I spent in the theater watching Pixar movies. Or the iChats shared with family and friends, or the iPhotos that hold safe my precious memories. He touched my world every single day, and almost always in a way that made it better. He raised his own bar to its highest heights and then continued to create, invent, inspire. When all is said and done, he'll be there with Edison, Ford, the Wright brothers. And yet, with his obituary leading with "passed away at age 56," I can't help feeling like we were robbed.

I agree! What a sad loss for all of us.

Do you really not have an iPad yet?
